Well, I'm not a professional, by any means. I'm just someone who likes taking pictures, yeah? Before about 18DEC10, I was using my cell-phone to take pictures (3.1 mp). It did a pretty good job; however, for Christmas, I received a Kodak Easy Share which has 12 mp and take much nicer pictures. I'm saving this year, so that next Christmas I can buy myself a much better camera! :) I hope you enjoy my photos.

The radiology department at the Beaumont outpatient clinic keeps a tree up all year long. I had an appointment to take x-rays of my hip, pelvis, shoulder, and neck. As I walked out, I noticed this Mardi Gras tree. I like it when people celebrate. If I could, I'd keep a Christmas Tree out all year long. I love the colors of the multi-colored lights and glass/metal ornaments. It is kinda soothing to me.

    That's so cute!! I love Mardi Gras colors, but I'm not a huge partier so I can never find an excuse to celebrate, hahaha.

    I don't party either--at least not in the Mardi Gras style. I do like decorating and having fun. I'm just not a drinker and most Mardi Gras celebrations seem to incorporate drunkeness.
