So, I noticed I managed to make that particular type of photography wherein I focus on the far away and the foreground is blurry. Dunno how I did it, but I think it is kinda cool, yeah?

Notice the Bee flying around on the left side of the photo? I THINK that these flowers are dill plants gone to seed, but I'm not certain because I took photos in several different sections of the garden. They may be broccoli. If you happen to know, help me learn! :)

Right now, you oughta try to imagine me stamping my foot like a little kid who isn't isn't getting what she wants.

and p.s. if you DO know how to make this thing upload a video, please let me know. I know to press the little piece of 35 mm film up there and go through all that rigamarole; however, it won't ever actually load! :( help.

There is a little boy at Country Bumpkins--JJ. I just adore him. Firstly, he is super cute. Secondly, he is just a few weeks older than Ryan, so I like being around someone who is close to his age. It is almost as if I am singing to or holding my great nephew. And lastly, he reminds me a little of my little bro, Dougie Paul, when he was that age!

I took this photo about 8 a.m. on the Friday morning of Sam's graduation. Because there was plenty of cloud cover, it looks as if the sun is just rising. I love this photo. I can't exactly tell you why. There is a feeling to it. You know, Pride and Patriotism and Family and Hope. I just LOVE it.

As I was driving from Buna to Schertz for Sam's BMT (basic military training) graduation, I stopped by a McDonald's to get an iced coffee. I was feeling a bit tired. I saw this signed hung on the wall and thought it was fantastic.
The words made me laugh (groovy), but the words and the colors seemed to match so well. Tie Dye coloring with late 60's wordology! Dunno exactly why, but for some reason, this little wall plaque made me happy. So, I took its picture. :)

P.S. It really is GROOVY to be drug free. Just so ya know!

SUPER MOON! I can actually SEE it. Usually, no matter how vividly I can see the moon, when I try to take a picture, it is as if a speck of dirt. This moon; however, is so big. Supposedly, the moon hasn't been this big since sometime in the early 80s. I wonder how many more years will pass before we get another one. Hopefully, I'll have a really great camera by that time!

Pop and I stopped for a drink at Sonic. That day was the first one where I noticed the big black puppy. However, that dude must love Sonic cos now he is here whenever I go. I imagine that he scarfs up any accidentally-dropped fries, yeah?
